Clinical Efficacy of High-frequency Electric Knife Treatment for Gastrointestinal Polyps Under Painless Digestive Endoscopy
Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of high-frequency electric knife in painless endoscopic resection of gastrointestinal polyps. Methods:A total of 90 patients with gastrointestinal polyps from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received high-frequency electric knife under conventional digestive endoscopy, while the observation group received high-frequency electric knife under painless digestive endoscopy. The clinical efficacy and surgical parameters of the two groups of patients are compared; And compare the VAS pain levels before and 1 day after surgery between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the curative effect of observation group was obviously better(P<0.05);And the postoperative complications of observation group were obviously lower than those of control group(P<0.05);The observation group showed significantly shorter surgical time, anal exhaust time, and recovery time of bowel sounds, with significantly less intraoperative bleeding compared to the control group(P<0.05);After surgery, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-frequency electric knife in painless endoscopic surgery for gastrointestinal polyps has a relatively positive significance, which can improve patients'pain symptoms, promote the surgical process, effectively prevent complications, and thus improve treatment efficiency.
