Analysis of the Clinical Value of Laparoscopic Appendix Surgery in Patients with Acute Appendicitis
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendicitis in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods:A controlled study was conducted on 51 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method.26 patients in the observation group received laparoscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis, while 25 patients in the control group received open appendectomy for acute appendicitis. The suigical efficacy and postoperative recovery were compared. Results:The first exhaust time was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the length of hospital stay, the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the pain VAS score(24h,48h,72h),the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The postoperative inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,procalcitonin)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of cellular immune function(white blood cell count, neutrophil count)were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of laparoscopic appendectomy can effectively treat acute appendicitis, reduce the risk of surgical treatment, and enable patients to recover their health faster and better.
