The Clinical Effect and Application Value of 308nm Excimer Light Combined with CO2 Dot Matrix Laser in the Treatment of Vitiligo
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and application value of 308nm excimer light and CO2 dot matrix laser in treating vitiligo.Methods:102 vitiligo patients diagnosed and treated at Quanzhou Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in the control group and 51 cases in the observation group.In the treatment stage,308nm excimer light therapy was provided for the control group,308nm excimer light combined with CO2 dot array laser therapy was provided for the observation group,comparing the final efficacy of 2 groups.Results:Comparing the time of vitiligo regression in the two groups,30％,50％and 90％were shorter than the control group,P＜0.05;Comparing the quality of life scores between the two groups,there was no significant difference after treatment,the observation group was higher than P＜0.05;The comparison showed the incidence of pruritus,scab,redness and blisters(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The 308nm excimer light combined with CO2 lattice laser protocol during the clinical treatment period can shorten the clinical treatment time and ensure the treatment safety.
