Application of Informationization Integrated Three Level Management Mode in Department Instrument Management
Objective:To explore the application effect of the information-based integrated three-level management model in the management of medical instruments in the department.Methods:The study focused on 52 commonly used respiratory department instruments.The"information-based integrated three-level management model"was implemented for the management of departmental instruments starting from October 2022.The usage,negative list,and training situation of instrument management before and after implementation were compared.Results:After implementing the information-based integrated three-level management,there was a significant improvement in the accurate use,troubleshooting,standardized maintenance,and inventory of instruments(P＜0.01).The time for instrument retrieval and the incidence rate of negative list both decreased significantly(P＜0.01).The theoretical and operational skills assessment scores for nurses in the use and maintenance of instruments also significantly improved(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Implementing the information-based integrated three-level management model can enhance the management and utilization efficiency of nursing instruments in the department,improve the quality of clinical nursing services,and enhance the comprehensive ability of nurses in instrument use and maintenance.
