目的:探讨基于信息化一体式三级管理模式在科室仪器管理中的应用效果.方法:以52台呼吸科常用仪器设备为研究对象,2022年10月起实施"信息化一体式三级管理模式"对科室仪器设备实施管理,比较实施前、后科室仪器设备管理使用、负面清单、教学培训情况.结果:实施信息化一体式三级管理后,仪器设备的准确使用、应对故障、规范维护及仪器清点均有明显提高(P<0.01);仪器设备的取用耗时、负面清单发生率均有明显下降(P<0.01);护士对仪器设备使用维护的理论与操作技能考核成绩均明显提高(P<0.01).结论:实施基于信息化的一体式三级管理模式能够提升科室对护理仪器设备的管理与使用效能,提高临床护理服务质量,以及护士使用与维护仪器的综合能力.
Application of Informationization Integrated Three Level Management Mode in Department Instrument Management
Objective:To explore the application effect of the information-based integrated three-level management model in the management of medical instruments in the department.Methods:The study focused on 52 commonly used respiratory department instruments.The"information-based integrated three-level management model"was implemented for the management of departmental instruments starting from October 2022.The usage,negative list,and training situation of instrument management before and after implementation were compared.Results:After implementing the information-based integrated three-level management,there was a significant improvement in the accurate use,troubleshooting,standardized maintenance,and inventory of instruments(P<0.01).The time for instrument retrieval and the incidence rate of negative list both decreased significantly(P<0.01).The theoretical and operational skills assessment scores for nurses in the use and maintenance of instruments also significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion:Implementing the information-based integrated three-level management model can enhance the management and utilization efficiency of nursing instruments in the department,improve the quality of clinical nursing services,and enhance the comprehensive ability of nurses in instrument use and maintenance.
