基于戴明环质量管理持续降低影像设备故障的实践和探讨

目的:运用戴明环(又称PDCA循环)质量管理方法降低公立医院影像设备故障率的实践,探讨PDCA循环法在设备故障管理中的效果,控制影像设备故障率不断降低.方法:应用PDCA循环管理工具,持续降低影像设备故障率.以实际发生费用和故障统计的方法对实施三年维修费用、故障率等进行分析对比.结果:通过PDCA循环建立了有效的医疗设备故障率持续降低路径,计算机体层成像、磁共振成像、放射科、超声科、以及其他设备等重点科室的设备故障率进行三年数据统计,结果有效开展PDCA质量控制的CT、MRI、X射线、超声影像设备故障率三年分别下降了 24.24%、22.86%、28.01%、35.42%,而无有效开展PDCA质量控制的其他设备故障率上升了 14.62%.结论:运用PDCA循环的应用有效地降低影像设备故障率,是一种有效的预防性维护模式,为医疗设备顺利开展PDCA循环管理奠定了基础.
Practice and Discussion on Continuously Reducing Image Equipment Failures Based on Deming Circle Quality Management
Objective:To apply PDCA quality management method to reduce the failure rate of imaging equipment in public hospitals,explore the effect of PDCA cycle.Methods:In equipment failure management,and control the continuous reduction of the failure rate of imaging equipment.Methods:PDCA cycle management tool was used to continuously reduce the failure rate of imaging equipment.Analyze and compare the maintenance cost and failure rate of the three-year implementation with the actual cost and failure statistics.Results:An effective path to continuously reduce the failure rate of medical equipment was established through PDCA cycle.After three years of data statistics on the failure rate of key departments such as CT,MRI,radiology,ultrasound and other equipment,the failure rates of CT,MRI,radiological,and ultrasound imaging equipment that effectively carried out PDCA quality control decreased by 24.24%,22.86%,28.01%,and 35.42%over the past three years,respectively,while the failure rates of other equipment that did not effectively carry out PDCA quality control increased by 14.62%.Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle can effectively reduce the failure rate of imaging equipment,which is an effective preventive maintenance mode,and lays a foundation for the smooth implementation of PDCA cycle management of medical equipment.
