胰岛素针头更换器的创新设计及临床应用效果评价

目的:设计研发专利产品"一种胰岛素针头更换器",将其应用于胰岛素注射操作中,观察并分析采用"胰岛素针头更换器"与未采用前医务人员注射胰岛素引发针刺伤的发生率、操作时长.方法:随机选取2021年1月~2021年5月本院内分泌科医嘱胰岛素皮下注射治疗并采用普通胰岛素笔注射的患者252人次,共进行1260次胰岛素皮下注射操作,作为对照组;随机选取2021年6月~2021年10月同一科室医嘱胰岛素皮下注射治疗的259人次住院患者,1368次胰岛素皮下注射时辅助采用"胰岛素针头更换器"作为实验组.对照组仅采用传统方法,在胰岛素注射前,取下外帽将针帽置于操作台面,完成注射后单手持注射笔在操作台面上寻找针帽开口,针尖对准针帽开口后,将针尖回套入针帽后再逆时针旋出外帽与针头,完成操作.实验组是在对照组的基础上,辅助应用胰岛素针头更换器.结果:对照组胰岛素注射原因引发针刺伤13次;实验组因注射胰岛素发生针刺伤的例次为0,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组胰岛素注射时间较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组医务人员的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:胰岛素针头更换器使用便捷、操作简单,有助于降低临床医务人员注射胰岛素针刺伤的发生率,同时缩短了针头更换时间,提高医务人员的满意度.
Innovative Design and Clinical Application Evaluation of Insulin Needle Changer
Objective:To design and develop a patented product,"an insulin needle changer",and apply it to insulin injection operations.To observe and analyze the incidence and duration of needle injuries caused by medical personnel injecting insulin before and after using the"insulin needle changer".Methods:From January 2021 to May 2021,252 patients were randomly selected from the Endocrinology Department of our hospital who ordered insulin subcutaneous injection and received regular insulin pen injection.A total of 1260 subcutaneous insulin injections were performed as a control group;Randomly selected 259 in-patients with subcutaneous insulin injection treatment ordered by doctors in the same department from June 2021 to October 2021.During 1368 subcutaneous insulin injections,the"insulin needle changer"was used as the experimental group.The control group only used traditional methods.Before insulin injection,remove the outer cap and place the needle cap on the operating table.After completing the injection,use a single hand-held injection pen to search for the opening of the needle cap on the operating table.After aligning the needle tip with the opening of the needle cap,put the needle tip back into the needle cap,and then rotate the outer cap and needle counterclockwise to complete the operation.The experimental group was supplemented with insulin needle changer on the basis of the control group.Results:In the control group,needle injuries caused by insulin injection occurred 13 times;The number of needle stab injuries caused by insulin injection in the experimental group was 0,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);The insulin injection time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The satisfaction of medical personnel in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The insulin needle changer is convenient to use and easy to operate,which can help reduce the incidence of insulin needle puncture among clinical medical personnel,shorten the needle replacement time,and improve the satisfaction of medical personnel.
