Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of GE two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography in the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.Methods:80 patients with breast cancer lymph node metastasis admitted to our hospital and cooperative hospitals from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into lymph node metastasis group. In addition,80 patients with no lymph node metastasis of breast cancer admitted in our hospital at the same time were selected as the non lymph node metastasis group. All patients were given two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography, and their conventional ultrasound scores and ultrasonic elastography scores were compared.80 cases of breast cancer with lymph node metastasis were compared with the results of conventional ultrasound,two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography and pathological diagnosis. Finally, the ROC curve of the subjects was established to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography in lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Results:The conventional ultrasound score and ultrasound elastography score were higher in the lymph node metastasis group than in the non-lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05);The accuracy of conventional ultrasound,two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography and pathology in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of breast cancer was 65.00%,93.75%and 100.00%,respectively.The accuracy of two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography and pathology was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasound(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography and pathology(P>0.05);The ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic results of two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography and determine its diagnostic value for breast cancer nodal metastasis. The results showed that the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity from low to high were conventional ultrasound(52.58%,64.32%),two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography(80.25%,91.36%),and pathological diagnosis(91.26%,98.63%).Conclusion:Two-dimensional shear wave ultrasonic elastography has high diagnostic value for lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, and the accuracy rate of diagnosis of lymph node metastasis is close to that of pathological diagnosis,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
