Objective:To analyze the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope in common bile duct exploration.Methods:60 cases of choledocholithiasis admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open surgery, and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group were 96.67%(29/30)and 70.00%(21/30)respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance,SF-36 score and complication index in the experimental group and the control group were(2.37±0.45)h and(4.43±0.36)h,(29.01±0.73)points and(16.86±0.15)points,(0.79±0.41)‰ and(3.60±1.15)%o,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in SCL-90,VAS and ADL,and the results were(1.29±0.35)points and(3.83±0.90)points,(1.76±0.52)points and(3.67±0.31)points,(9.18±0.45)points and(7.64±0.13)points,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy for common bile duct exploration and stone extraction is outstanding, which can be used as an effective way to ensure clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis of patients.
