Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy on Inflammatory Level,Ovary and Immune Function in Patients with Ovarian Benign Tumor
Objective:To analyze the effects of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision on inflammatory level, ovarian and immune function in patients with benign ovarian tumors. Methods:Clinical data of 72 patients with benign ovarian tumor in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and grouped according to surgical methods.Control group:laparotomy ovarian cyst excision, observation group:laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision, the inflammatory level, ovarian and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:1 day before surgery, there were no significant differences in TNF-α(tumor necrosis factor-α)and CRP(C-reactive protein)between two groups(P>0.05).24h after operation, the levels of TNF-α and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).1 day before surgery, there were no significant differences in immune function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).24h after surgery,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in CD8+between the two groups(P>0.05).3 months after surgery,FSH(follicle stimulating hormone)and LH(luteinizing hormone)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and E2(estradiol)levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with benign ovarian tumor were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision, and the postoperative inflammatory reaction was small, and the ovarian and immune function were good.
