Objective:To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy in the treatment of early breast cancer. Methods:A total of 80 patients with early breast cancer who came to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)with traditional open surgery and observation group(40 cases)with laparoscopic modified radical mastectomy+prosthetic augmentation mammaplasty. The excellent and good rate of breast beauty, operation related indicators, incidence of complications, and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results:The observation group had a significantly higher rate of excellent breast aesthetics,as well as a 1-month postoperative quality of life, physical, role, cognitive, social, and emotional function scores compared to the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had significantly lower surgical time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospital stay, and postoperative complications compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic modified radical mastectomy plus augmentation mammaplasty with prosthesis is effective for early breast cancer patients, with better breast beauty, fewer postoperative complications, and significantly improved quality of life.
