The Clinical Study of Endoscopic Thyroid Surgery and Traditional Open Thyroid Surgery
Objective:To evaluate and analyze the clinical value of endoscopic thyroidectomy and traditional open thyroidectomy in thyroid surgery. Methods:A total of 80 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to our hospital were selected, with a time distribution limit of June 2021 to June 2022.According to the differences in surgical treatment methods,40 patients were included in the reference group, and the traditional open thyroid surgery treatment scheme was implemented. The remaining 40 patients were classified into the experimental group, and the endoscopic thyroid surgery treatment scheme was implemented. The surgical indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:In the experimental group, the observation results of surgical time, postoperative drainage time, and hospital stay were shorter, while the postoperative drainage flow and intraoperative bleeding were less(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower at 5.00%(2/40)(P<0.05);The cosmetic score of the experimental group was higher 3 months and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05);The experimental group had better pain scores on the first and second days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic thyroid surgery has a more ideal therapeutic effect, with less surgical bleeding, less postoperative pain, and is within the patient's tolerance. The cosmetic effect is good, and the probability of postoperative adverse reactions is relatively low, which can promote the recovery of the disease.
