Exploring the Application and Clinical Value of Visible Laryngoscope in Pre Hospital Emergency Tracheal Intubation
Objective:To explore the application and clinical value of visual laryngoscope in pre hospital emergency tracheal intubation.Methods:60 critically ill patients who underwent emergency treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into groups using a random number table method. The control group consisted of 30 patients who received traditional optical laryngoscope intubation, while the observation group consisted of 30 patients who completed tracheal intubation with the assistance of a visual laryngoscope. The exposure of the glottis, intubation related indicators, and changes in basic physical signs[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),product of heart rate and systolic blood pressure(RPP)]at different intubation times, and incidence of complications. The effective rate of glottis exposure in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the success rates of one intubation and total intubation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The intubation time was shorter than that in the control group. The basic physical indicators(HR,MAP,and RPP)measured immediately after intubation and 3 minutes after intubation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Visual laryngoscope assisted tracheal intubation can improve the exposure effect of glottis in pre hospital emergency patients, improve the success rate of intubation, shorten intubation time, maintain stable basic physical signs of patients, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
