Observation on the Efficacy of Emergency Non-Invasive Ventilator in Acute Exacerbation of COPD
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of emergency non-invasive ventilator on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in emergency.Methods:180 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received treatment at our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected. The 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 90 patients in the conventional group receiving continuous low flow oxygen inhalation and 90 patients in the study group receiving emergency non-invasive ventilation treatment. The treatment effects of each group were evaluated and analyzed. Results:The study group showed a more significant improvement in various blood gas indicators compared to the conventional group, with P<0.05;The FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,and QOL scores of the study group patients were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, with P<0.05;The inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, with P<0.05;The SAS and SDS scores of the study group patients were lower than those of the conventional group, with P<0.05.Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilatory therapy can significantly improve the quality of life and clinical indicators of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, with significant therapeutic effects.
