Observation and Exploration of the Effect of ZP-A5 Computerized Intermediate Frequency Therapy Instrument on Treating Children's Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of ZP-A5 computerized intermediate frequency therapy device in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:90 children with pneumonia were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into groups using a number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatments such as anti-inflammatory and cough relief, while the observation group received auxiliary treatment with the ZP-A5 computerized intermediate frequency therapy instrument. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than the control group's 80.0%,P<0.05.The recovery time of body temperature in the observation group(2.48±0.46)d,disappearance time of cough(5.31±0.46)d,disappearance time of asthma(2.76±0.24)d,disappearance time of lung rales(5.42±1.30)d,and hospitalization time(7.16±1.35)d were shorter than those in the control group(3.83±0.35)d,(7.12±1.04)d,(4.69±1.46)d,(7.95±1.62)d,and(9.64±1.29)d,with P<0.05.After treatment, the FVC(3.12±0.50)L,FEV1(2.34±0.25)L,FEV1/FVC(76.12±5.24)%,and MVV(69.42±6.68)L/min in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(69.42±6.68)L,(1.64±0.27)L,(67.31±6.16)%,and(63.56±5.43)L/min,with P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,slightly higher than the control group's 4.44%,but the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:The ZP-A5 computerized intermediate frequency therapy device has an enhancing effect on the treatment of pediatric pneumonia, can shorten the clinical course, improve lung function in children, and have fewer adverse reactions.
