The Diagnostic Effect of Myosseous Ultrasound on Achilles Tendon Injury
Objective; To investigate the diagnostic effect of myosseous ultrasound on achilles tendon injury. Methods:The study subjects were 80 patients with achilles tendon injury admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022.All the patients were confirmed by surgical pathological examination and underwent myoskeletal ultrasound and MRI,and the detection rate, diagnosis results of calcifications and blood flow signal were compared. Results:The detection rate of Achilles tendon injury was significantly higher than the MRI examination(P<0.05).The detection rate of grade 1 and 2 was significantly higher than MRI,and the detection rate of grade 0 was lower than MRI(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI in the diagnostic results of blood flow signal(P>0.05).Conclusion:Musculoskeletal ultrasound has a high diagnostic value in Achilles tendon injury, helps to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
