Clinical Significance of Strong Echogenic Points in Fetal Ventricles in Prenatal Ultrasound Diagnosis
Objective:To analyze the value of fetal intraventricular strong echo in prenatal diagnosis. Methods:Study sample collected during January 2020 to January 2023 in our prenatal ultrasound examination of pregnant women and their fetus as the observation object,a total of 686 cases,86 cases of fetal ventricular strong echo, the detection as the observation group, the statistics of fetal ventricular strong echo detection rate, distribution, section position, control the examination data of fetus and pregnant women, control the different distribution under strong echo reference value for the diagnosis of congenital heart disease. Results:In the observation group with strong echo light point, maternal age, pregnancy time, gestational week,pre-pregnancy weight, fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose, gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, exposure during pregnancy,TORCH infection, and fetal NT value and no strong echo light point in the fetal ventricular chamber(P>0.05).In the observation group, the current body weight, body mass index, hemoglobin concentration, and maternal anemia during pregnancy, overweight, exposure during pregnancy, and the incidence of TORCH infection, the incidence of structural cardiac abnormalities was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The strong echo point of fetal ventricle belongs to the common ultrasound manifestation of prenatal ultrasound examination, mainly for the single strong echo point, which is mostly seen in the heart of the four chambers, and can provide reference in the screening of fetal heart disease.
