高分辨率核磁共振成像技术在脑血管疾病中的应用

目的:探讨高分辨率核磁共振成像技术在脑血管疾病中的应用.方法:选取2021年1月~2022年12月本院收治的脑血管疾病患者200例纳入研究,依据不同检查方法分组,对照组(100例)采用多层螺旋CT血管成像技术,观察组(100例)采用高分辨率核磁共振成像技术,对比效果.结果:观察组的检出率、准确率比对照组高(P<0.05);造影图像质量的优良率方面,高于对照组(P<0.05);而影像学特征(增强指数、LAS深度)方面,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在脑血管疾病中,高分辨率核磁共振成像技术能提高检出的准确率,更好地判断疾病类型.
Application of High-Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology in Cerebrovascular Diseases
Objective:To investigate the application of high resolution MRI in cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:200 cases of cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups according to different examination methods:control group(100 cases)with multi-slice spiral CT angiography technology and observation group(100 cases)with high-resolution NMR imaging technology to compare the effect.Results:The detection rate and accuracy of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The good and good rate of contrast image quality was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).In terms of imaging features(enhancement index,LAS depth),there was also statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In cerebrovascular diseases,high resolution MRI technology can improve the accuracy of detection and better judge the disease type.
