The Effect of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Uterine Fibroids Adenomyosis and Adenomyoma
Objective:To analyze the effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography(TVCDS)in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids(UF),uterine adenomyosis(Am)and adenomyoma.Methods:90 patients with UF,Am and adenomyoma were selected and examined by TVCDS and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound(TACDS)to observe the diagnostic accuracy. Results:The diagnostic accuracy of UF,Am and adenomyoma by TVCDS was higher than that by TACDS(P<0.05).Comparison of hemodynamic indexes of UF,Am and adenomyoma patients by TVCDS test(P<0.05).Using pathological results as the gold standard, the sensitivities of TVCDS for UF,Am and adenomyoma were 93.75%,97.14%and 92.31%higher than those of TACDS 92.00%,93.10%and 87.50%.The specificity of UF,Am and adenomyoma by TVCDS was 50.00%and 33.33%higher than that by TACDS,18.18%and 22.22%.The specificity of adenomyoma by TVCDS was 33.33%lower than that by TACDS,37.50%.Conclusion:The diagnosis accuracy of TVCDS in UF,Am and adenomyoma patients is higher, and the rate of missed diagnosis is lower.
