Analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Targeted Translucent Therapy Device Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Elderly Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation
Objective:To statistically analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation training on elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods:The author randomly selected 70 elderly cases of lumbar disc herniation admitted during the observation period from January 2020 to December 2022 as the basis for data analysis, and used a random number table method to divide the control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The basic rehabilitation training scheme was used for the research subjects in the control group, and the traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy instrument combined with the rehabilitation training scheme was used for the research scheme in the observation group, compare the intervention effects between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05);The observation group had higher straight leg elevation angle and lumbar curvature than the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05);The JOA and ADL scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had no lower back and leg pain or mild symptoms, while the control group had more severe lower back and leg pain symptoms, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of elderly patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation training can improve their lumbar function and activity ability, alleviate pain symptoms, with significant effects and high application value.
