The Application Effect of Predictive Maintenance in the Management of Hemodialysis Equipment
Objective:To explore the application effect of selecting predictive maintenance in the management of hemodialysis equipment.Methods:46 hemodialysis equipment that need to be maintained in our hospital from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects.The difference of maintenance management methods was taken as the grouping criterion,and they were divided into equal groups.The conventional maintenance management method was selected as the conventional group(23 sets),and the predictive maintenance management method was selected as the experimental group(23 sets).The application effect of the two methods is analyzed,and the application value of the different methods is analyzed by comparing the maintenance cost,failure occurrence and control indicators of the two groups of equipment.Results:Compared with the two groups,the maintenance cost of equipment in the experimental group was(1.24±0.22)million yuan significantly lower than that in the conventional group(2.17±0.36)million yuan,and the number of failures in the experimental group was(1.70±0.30)times significantly lower than that in the conventional group(2.40±0.50)times.The vacant time of equipment in experimental group(7.57±1.25)h was significantly shorter than that in conventional group(10.48±1.76)h,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the management of hemodialysis equipment,the predictive maintenance method can minimize the failure time of the equipment,and effectively save the maintenance cost.It is a feasible management method.
