Analysis of Application Effect of Allocation Management Scheme of Otolaryngology Day Surgical Instruments
Objective:To analyze the effect of optimizing the allocation management scheme of day surgical instruments in otolaryngology.Methods:The study period was from January 2021 to December 2021,and the subjects were 200 daytime operations in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital.From January 2021 to June 2021,the allocation and management of daytime surgical instruments in the Department adopted the conventional method,and a total of 100 operations were included in the control group.From July 2021 to December 2021,the allocation and management scheme of the daytime surgical instruments in our department was optimized,a total of 100 surgeries were performed,and the data were all included in the optimization group.A comparative analysis was carried out on the data of the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction of surgeons in the optimal group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05;The scores and statistical results of the application value of day surgical instrument allocation management scheme were significantly higher in this group than in the control group,P＜0.05;The incidence of adverse events in this group was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the daily work of otolaryngology department,the overall effect of optimizing the allocation management program of daytime surgical instruments is significant,which is helpful to reduce the probability of various adverse events,and the surgeons are more satisfied with it,which is suitable for popularization.
