Objective:To explore the design and application of a suspension frame for precise positioning of craniocerebral drainage device.Methods:80 patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The control group used conventional drainage devices after surgery, while the observation group designed a precise positioning craniocerebral drainage device suspension frame and used it in patients. The two groups evaluated the patient's effectiveness 14 days after surgery, comparing the comfort, drainage effect(drainage flow rate and catheterization time),fixed height accuracy, medical satisfaction(convenience, precise positioning and practicality),and quality of life between the two groups. Results:After 14 days of intervention, the comfort level of both groups was improved; The physiological, psychological, environmental, and socio-cultural scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After 14 days of intervention, the NDS score of both groups was lower than before intervention(P<0.05);The drainage volume in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The catheterization, postoperative hospitalization time, and NDS score were lower in the control group than in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group showed higher satisfaction with fixed height accuracy, convenience, precise positioning, practicality, and professional skills compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Successfully designed a suspension bracket for precise positioning of craniocerebral drainage device and used it for postoperative patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery, which can improve patient comfort, achieve good drainage results, have high accuracy in fixing height, and high satisfaction with medical care.It helps to improve patient quality of life.
