Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Poor Platelet Depolymerization in AMICUS Blood Cell Separator
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of poor platelet depolymerization in AMICUS blood cell separator. Methods:A total of 144 blood donors were selected from January 2021 to December 2022,and platelets were collected using an AMICUS blood cell separator. The specific influencing factors of poor depolymerization were analyzed, and the adverse effects were observed. Results:Among a total of 144 blood donors,36 cases of poor depolymerization occurred in the control group, while 108 cases of non depolymerization occurred in the observation group, all of which were mild. The incidence rate of poor depolymerization was 25.00%;The average platelet volume(MPV),Hb,HCT,PLT,and platelet distribution width(PDW)of blood donors in the observation and control groups were not correlated with the occurrence of poor depolymerization(P>0.05);The pH value of the observed group's products was higher than that of the control group, indicating a negative correlation with poor depolymerization(r=-0.162,P<0.05);The circulating blood volume and collection time of the control group were higher than those of the observation group, indicating a positive correlation between the occurrence of poor depolymerization and circulating blood volume and collection time(r=0.235,P<0.05),(r=0.1465,P<0.05).Conclusion:For clinical blood donors,by using the AMICUS blood cell separator to collect platelets alone,it is necessary to pay attention to ensuring the success rate of one needle puncture, and try to choose blood donors with good vascular conditions, large body mass, and low circulating blood volume. The preoperative blood routine indicators of the donors may not be considered, and analysis can be conducted from the perspective of poor depolymerization. The clinical application value is better.
