目的:比较两种不同设备封片模块,对其单独运行的应用价值进行评估.方法:随机抽取福建医科大学附属协和医院病理科常规石蜡HE切片2000片,分别观察Roche VENTANA H-E 600全自动染色封片一体机及Leica H&E Staining System Spectra WS二者封片模块的封片效果及产生的故障.结果:Roche VENTANA H-E 600全自动染色封片一体机及Leica H&E Staining System Spectra WS二者均可单独运行封片模块,封片效果稳定,成片率高,设备故障率低.结论:Roche VENTANA H-E 600全自动染色封片一体机:封片效果稳定、即用型耗材成本高但耗材质量稳定,对组织切片保护好.Leica H&E Staining System Spectra WS:封片效果稳定、即用型耗材成本较低且耗材质量稳定,对组织切片保护较差.
Objective:Compare two different device cover modules to evaluate the application value of their separate operation.Methods:A random 2000 pieces of conventional paraffin HE sections from the Department of Pathology of Fujian Medical University Union Hospital were randomly selected.Observe separately Roche VENTANA H-E 600 and Leica H&E Staining System Spectra WS.The cover effect of the two cover modules and the resulting failures.Results:Both Roche VENTANA H-E 600 and Leica H&E Staining System Spectra WS can be operated independently of the cover module.Both them the cover effect is stable,the film rate is high,and the equipment failure rate is low.Conclusion:Roche VENTANA H-E 600 the cover effect is stable,the cost of ready-to-use consumables is high,but the quality of consumables is stable,and the tissue section is well protected.Leica H&E Staining System Spectra WS stable cover effect,low cost of ready-to-use consumables,stable consumable quality,poor protection of tissue sections.
