Diagnostic Value and Analysis of Coronary CTA in Coronary Heart Disease
Objective:To evaluate the value of coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:From March 2022 to March 2023,as the time range for case selection,104 patients suspected of coronary heart disease were selected as the main research subjects. All patients underwent both CAG and CTA examinations, and the distribution of lesions, vascular stenosis, and diagnostic efficacy of coronary artery computed tomography were compared and analyzed. Results:According to CAG diagnosis,92 CHD patients were diagnosed by CTA,the positive rate was 88.46%.The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of CTA were 96.77%,81.82%and 95.19%,respectively.As the gold standard,198 coronary branches were detected by CAG and 192 coronary brancheswere detected by CTA,the total detection rate was 96.97%.There were 152 stenoses detected by CAG as the gold standard, and 143 stenoses detected by CTA,with a total detection rate of 94.08%.Conclusion:Coronary CTA as the main diagnostic method of CHD can show many advantages, not only can show higher specificity, sensitivity and accuracy, but also can be used to diagnose CHD,it can also show clearly the distribution and stenosis of coronary artery branches, and provide reliable data reference for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the disease.
