The Influence of Multi-Slice Spiral CT Direct Venography on the Detection Rate and Prognosis of Venous Thrombotic Lesions in Lower Limbs
Objective:Exploring the diagnostic efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT direct venography(DSCT direct venography)in lower limb venous thrombotic lesions and its impact on prognosis.Methods:60 suspected patients with lower limb venous thrombotic lesions who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected. The 64 slice spiral CT direct venous imaging technology and traditional ultrasound examination were used to analyze the diagnostic detection rate of DSCT direct venous imaging. The pathological test results were used as the gold standard to compare the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of the two detection methods, and the prognosis was evaluated through follow-up.Results:The detection rate of lower limb venous thrombotic lesions using DSCT direct venography is higher than that of traditional ultrasound, and the detection sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy are higher than those of conventional ultrasound(P<0.05).Follow up observations revealed that using DSCT direct venography to guide clinical treatment plans resulted in a low incidence of adverse reactions and a good prognosis for patients.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT direct venous imaging technology has a high diagnostic detection rate, diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy for lower limb venous thrombotic lesions.DSCT direct venous imaging can accurately analyze the thrombus situation of lower limb venous thrombotic lesions through clear images, which is conducive to the determination of later treatment plans.
