Application Value of Breast Ultrasound BI-RADS System in the Evaluation of Breast Masses
Objective:To study the application value of breast ultrasound BI-RADS system in the evaluation of breast masses.Methods:Among 200 patients with breast mass admitted between January 2021 and December 2022,the results of ultrasound BI-RADS system were analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy of breast ultrasound BI-RADS system on benign and malignant breast masses was calculated.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of patients with the BI-RADS system were 100.00%,100.00%and 0,respectively;The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of patients with BI-RADS system of grade 4 were 64.52%,64.29%and 66.67%respectively;The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of patients with breast ultrasound BI-RADS system were 100.00%,100.00%and 0,respectively;The differences between the ultrasonic audiograms of benign and malignant masses were statistically significant in lesion morphology,margin,microcalcification,blood supply,and axillary lymph node enlargement(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in echo features behind the lesion(P>0.05).Conclusion:Breast ultrasound BI-RADS system classification is of great value in the identification of benign and malignant breast masses.The ultrasound manifestations of benign and malignant breast masses are quite different,which can reduce misdiagnosis.
