Clinical Analysis of Light Cured Composite Resin for the Treatment of Dental Diseases and Positions
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of using light cured composite resin in the treatment of dental diseases. Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,94 patients who received treatment for dental defects and diseases in our hospital were selected as observation subjects. They were divided into a control group(premolars)and an observation group(anterior teeth)based on the position of the missing teeth, with 47 patients in each group. All patients received light cured composite resin filling treatment, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results:From the perspective of treatment effectiveness, the comparison between the observation group and the control group(97.18%,82.61%,χ2=13.258,P=0.000),meaningful;From the perspective of the depth of periodontal pocket exploration and loss of attachment between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,and the difference was not significant; After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in the above two indicators(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(t=6.587,6.333;P<0.01);From the current score of gingival sulcus bleeding index after repair, the comparison between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);After 6 and 12 months of treatment, the gingival sulcus bleeding index scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and at the same time point, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),which was significant; From the incidence of adverse reactions, the comparison between the observation group and the control group was significant(3.52%,13.04%,χ2=11.879,P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of using light cured composite resin in the treatment of dental diseases is definite, but compared to premolars, the restoration effect of anterior teeth is better, with higher comfort, and is beneficial for promoting tooth aesthetics and solidification.
