Effect of Thoracoscopic Assisted Small-Incision Surgery on Pulmonary Bulla with Spontaneous Pneumothorax
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic assisted small-incision surgery in pulmonary bullae(PB)patients with spontaneous pneumothorax(SP).Methods:64 patients who received PB and SP treatment in hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were randomly selected to carry out the experimental study, and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with the same number of patients by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The operation method of patients in the observation group was thoracoscopic assisted small-incision surgery. The operation method of control group was traditional thoracotomy. Results:There were significant differences in surgical indexes, complication rate and postoperative pulmonary function indexes between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic assisted small-incision surgery is an ideal surgical method for PB patients with SP,and the therapeutic effect can be relatively significant.
