Construction of Quality Control and Management System of Medical Equipment Based on Kraljic Model
Objective:To explore and analyze the construction measures and effects of medical equipment quality control management system based on Kraljic model.Methods:766 sets of medical equipment purchased by our hospital were selected as the research object,and all the medical equipment was in good condition and the purchase information was complete.From January 2020 to June 2021,our hospital adopted the traditional medical equipment quality control management(control group).From July 2021 to December 2022,our hospital constructed and implemented the Kraljic model(Kraljic model group)to record the management effect of the two groups.Results:The management and maintenance costs of medical equipment,third-party expenses,maintenance costs,and material costs in the Kraljic model group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of medical equipment failures during the management period of the Kraljic model group was lower than that of the control group(2.87%,9.01%,P<0.05).The comprehensive quality scores of the staff in the Kraljic model group during management were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the staff in the Kraljic model group after management was higher than that of the control group(99.22%,95.30%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction and application of medical equipment quality control management system based on Kraljic model can reduce the management and maintenance costs,reduce the incidence of medical equipment failure,and improve the comprehensive quality and management satisfaction of staff.
