Based on the Fault Statistics Data of Hemodialysis Equipment Risk Control
Objective:To analyze the effect of risk control of hemodialysis equipment based on failure statistics.Methods:Risk control management was implemented in the hemodialysis room of the hospital from 2022,and the past failures of hemodialysis equipment were statistically analyzed,and the quality control was strengthened.The differences of the failures of hemodialysis equipment,the satisfaction of medical staff and the satisfaction of patients in 2022 and 2021 were compared.Results:The failure rate of hemodialysis equipment in 2022 was lower than that in 2021,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The satisfaction degree of medical staff in 2022 was higher than that in 2021,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The patient satisfaction in 2022 was higher than that in 2021,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk control in hemodialysis room can reduce the failure rate of hemodialysis equipment and improve satisfaction.
