With the continuous improvement of medical care of newborns,the case fatality rate in neonatal care unit has decreased significantly.Because the newborn immune function is not complete,it is easy to be affected by the environment and cause infection.Therefore,the prevention of nosocomial infections in neonates remains the top priority of neonatal units.As the"home"where most newborns live for the first time after birth,neonatal warm box has become one of the most frequently used instruments and equipment in neonatal care unit,and also one of the most basic equipment in neonatal care unit.Warm box is currently divided into closed warm box and giraffe multifunctional incubator.During the semi-annual preventive maintenance,we found that two warming tanks in our hospital had operation faults,one giraffe multifunctional incubator showed loud noise,the other closed warming tank showed humidification failure,and the humidity could not rise.This paper mainly describes the fault phenomenon analysis,find the cause of the fault,and use the replacement method to repair the equipment,and make it back to the normal working state.
