Objective:To study the effect of line accelerator radiotherapy for advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods:Data were collected from 80 patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2018,the double-blind method was divided into two groups:the control group(n=40)treated with cobalt-60 radiotherapy and the scientific research group(n=40)treated with linear accelerator radiotherapy. Results:There was no difference in tumor markers, immune function and quality of life before treatment, and no difference in adverse reactions after treatment(P>0.05),in the observation group,SCC-Ag,CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA19-9 were lower,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+were higher,CD8+was lower,QLQ-C30 was higher, and the effective rate in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:CT-guided linear accelerator radiotherapy for advanced esophageal carcinoma can decrease the level of tumor markers, improve the immunity and quality of life, enhance the curative effect and reduce the side effects.
