The Application Value of Digital X-Ray Imaging Diagnosis in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the application value of digital X-ray imaging diagnosis in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 86 suspected children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were admitted from April 2022 to May 2023.Both traditional X-ray and digital X-ray examinations were performed, with clinical diagnosis results as the gold standard. The accuracy of the two examination methods was compared, and the efficacy of the two diagnostic methods was analyzed using the ROC curve model. Results:Of the 86 suspected cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,73 were diagnosed later and a total of 96 lesions were found. The results showed that there was a statistical difference in the imaging classification between the positive and negative groups(P<0.05).The accuracy of digital X-ray for imaging classification was higher than that of traditional X-ray(P<0.05),and the overall image quality of digital X-ray was better than that of traditional X-ray(P<0.05).Compared with confirmed diagnosis, the accuracy rate of traditional X-ray diagnosis is 77.91%(67/86),and the accuracy rate of digital X-ray diagnosis is 95.35%(82/86).In pairwise comparison, digital X-ray is compared with traditional X-ray(χ2=9.125,P<0.001).By receiver operating characteristic analysis,AUC of traditional X-ray and digital X-ray diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were 0.743 and 0.941 respectively. Conclusion:Digital X-ray imaging diagnosis has high efficacy in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, and can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
