The Diagnostic Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound on Endometriosis
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic effect of color Doppler ultrasound in endometriosis(EMS).Methods:48 suspected EMS patients from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the diagnostic efficacy of two types of color Doppler ultrasound was evaluated based on the results of laparoscopic examination.Results:48 suspected patients were diagnosed as positive in 42 cases and negative in 6 cases through pathological examination of laparoscopic surgery.Transvaginal ultrasound has higher sensitivity and accuracy than transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).There was no significant intergroup difference(P>0.05)in the specificity of the two diagnostic methods.The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing solid masses,cystic masses,and cystic solid masses was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound,with its numerous advantages,exhibits high sensitivity and accuracy in EMS diagnosis,and has high diagnostic value.
