Current Status of Duodenum Reprocessing and Research Progress of Complementary Measures
Duodenum is a commonly used endoscopic technique,it is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as biliary tract and pancreas.However,due to some reasons,such as improper technical operation and equipment problems,the duodenum process has some deficiencies.Duodenum reprocessing is the technique of re-endoscopic examination and treatment of an area that has not been completely cleared after gastrointestinal endoscopy.It can be used to treat colon polyp,gastrointestinal submucosal tumor,early gastric cancer and so on.It has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.In this article,we will review the current status of duodenum management and the complementary measures based on the existing literature and data,with a view to providing reference and guidance for clinical practice.
