Analysis of the Therapeutic Application of Magnetostrictive Periodontal Therapy Equipment and Ultrasound Therapy Equipment in Chronic Periodontitis
Objective:To compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of magnetostrictive periodontal therapy device and ultrasound therapy device in chronic periodontitis.Methods:A Analyze the clinical data of 80 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups using computer randomization.Among them,40 cases were treated with ultrasound therapy equipment as the ultrasound group,and the other 40 cases were treated with magnetostrictive periodontal therapy equipment as the magnetostrictive group.Compare the treatment effects,periodontal indicators before and after treatment,pain level,and treatment time between two groups.Results:The effective rate of the magnetic induction group was higher than that of the ultrasound group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BI,PD,CAL,PLI,and VAS parameters of both groups decreased compared to before treatment.Moreover,the four periodontal and VAS parameters of the magnetic induction group were lower than those of the ultrasound group,but the treatment time was longer than that of the ultrasound group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to ultrasound therapy equipment,magnetostrictive periodontal therapy equipment has clinical efficacy and more ideal advantages in improving periodontal indicators in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
