Study the Effect of Steel Plate Application and Internal Screw Fastening Technique on Long Bone Fractures in LIMBS
Objective:To apply steel plate and screw internal fixation technology for the treatment of patients with long bone trauma fractures in the limbs, and to explore its therapeutic effect. Methods:A total of 32 patients with long bone trauma fractures of the limbs who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a study group and a control group. The control group patients underwent routine interlocking intramedullary nail fixation, while the study group underwent plate and screw fixation. The clinical indicators,Barthel index, and postoperative complications of the two groups of patients were compared. Results:The fracture healing time, operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no important difference between the study group and the control group before the treatment between the Barthel index(P>0.05).After treatment, the study group's index of Barthel is higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the complexity of the study group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of steel plate and screw internal fixation technology in the treatment of long bone trauma fractures in the limbs can improve clinical indicators, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve postoperative function, and have good clinical application effects.
