Evaluation of the Effect of Endoscopic Ligation in Liver Cirrhosis Complicated with Gastric Fundus Varices
Objective:To explore the effect of gastroscopic ligation on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastric varicose veins. Methods:The study period was from January 2022 to December 2022.86 patients with cirrhosis complicated with varicose gastric fundus admitted to our hospital during this period were divided by lot into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group.Control group with blue sign received conservative treatment;Observation group with red label received endoscopic ligation treatment. The relevant situation of the two groups of patients under different intervention methods was compared. Results:The effective rate of treatment was 95.35%in observation group and 81.40%in control group(P<0.05).Pain score,VAS score decreased with the extension of time, and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 4.65%in the observation group and 18.60%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of gastric motivity, frequency(F),amplitude(P)and motion index(MI)of antrum after operation were higher than those before operation, and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Quality of life, postoperative function scores of the 2 groups were higher than those before surgery, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ligation under gastroscope in the treatment of liver cirrhosis complicated with gastric fundus varicose vein is ideal.
