Effect of Color Ultrasound Guided Transverse Abdominal Muscle Plane Block Combined with General Anesthesia with Tracheal Intubation on Restlessness and Cravero Score in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Surgery
Objective:To study the clinical effect of color ultrasound guided transverse abdominis plane block combined with general anesthesia with tracheal intubation in patients with inguinal hernia undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:80 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups based on different anesthesia methods during the surgery. The control group received routine tracheal intubation general anesthesia; The study group received color ultrasound guided transverse abdominal muscle plane block combined with general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.Compare the anesthesia effects between the two groups. Results:The improvement in Cravero,MMSE,and delirium scale scores at different time points after surgery in the study group was greater than that in the control group; The amplitude of changes in the levels of vital signs related indicators before and after anesthesia was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of restless events was lower in the study group than in the control group; The study group had complete anesthesia block, complete postoperative anesthesia recovery, and shorter total hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia with color ultrasound guided transverse abdominal muscle plane block combined with tracheal intubation during laparoscopic surgery can reduce restless events, shorten anesthesia block, recovery, and hospital stay, and significantly improve the anesthesia effect.
