Effect of Percutaneous Nephroscope and Flexible Ureteroscope in the Treatment of Kidney Stone Disease and Its Influence on Renal Function
Objective:To study the effect of percutaneous nephroscope combined with flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of Kidney stone disease and its influence on renal function.Methods:48 patients with Kidney stone disease were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. They were treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, respectively.Observe the surgical situation, postoperative recovery, renal function, and complications in both groups. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time and stone clearance rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and hemoglobin decrease in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study group showed significantly better postoperative bedtime, hospital stay, and 1-day VAS scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in various renal function indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the Scr,BUN,and BUA in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous nephroscope and flexible ureteroscope are both effective and safe in the treatment of Kidney stone disease.Relatively speaking, flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy is less harmful to patients'body and renal function, which helps patients recover early after surgery.
