目的:分析小儿肺炎辅助治疗中微波治疗仪在临床效果上的优势.方法:选择2020年4月~2023年4月在本院收治整理的小儿肺炎患儿96例,通过红蓝球法分成两组,每组各48例,红球的患儿为研究组,本组实施在常规治疗基础上,辅助微波治疗,蓝球的患儿为对照组,本组实施常规治疗,比较两组临床效果、症状改善情况、肺功能、排痰量、血清炎性因子变化及不良反应发生情况.结果:研究组用力呼气流量的呼气流速(expiratory velocity of forced expiratory flow,FEF)、呼气峰值流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in the first second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)指标均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:以微波治疗仪辅助治疗小儿肺炎,可在切实提高临床疗效、促进临床症状快速缓解的同时改善肺功能,降低血清炎症因子水平与不良反应发生率,增加排痰量.
Analysis of the Effect of Microwave Therapy Instrument in the Adjuvant Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia
Objective:To analyze the advantages of microwave therapy instrument in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia in terms of clinical effect.Methods:96 pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the red and blue ball method,with 48 cases in each group.The children with red balls were in the research group,and this group implemented microwave therapy in addition to conventional treatment.The children with blue ball were selected as the control group,and this group received routine treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,lung function,sputum output,changes in serum inflammatory factors,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results:The above indicators of the study group expiratory velocity of forced expiratory flow(FEF),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia with microwave therapy instrument can effectively improve clinical efficacy,promote rapid relief of clinical symptoms while improving lung function,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions,increase the amount of sputum excretion.
