Clinical Study on Ventilation Pollution of Anesthesia Machine and Pulmonary Infection After General Anesthesia
Objective:To discuss the clinical study of ventilation pollution of anesthesia machine and pulmonary infection after general anesthesia.Methods:100 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery were included in this study as the observation object to carry out retrospective research and analysis. The ventilation system of anesthesia machine was sampled and cultured before operation, and then the results of bacterial culture after sampling the ventilation system of anesthesia machine before operation, the incidence of pulmonary infection after general anesthesia in polluted and uncontaminated ventilation of anesthesia machine were observed. Results:There were 17 cases of anesthesia machine pollution in 100 anesthesia machines.35 cases were positive after 400 times of bacterial culture after sampling in each ventilation system of 100 anesthesia machines, and the positive rate of bacterial culture in tracheal catheter was the highest, reaching 18%.Among 35 cases with positive bacterial culture,coagulase-negative staphylococci had the highest incidence, reaching 15%.There were 10 cases of postoperative pulmonary infection in 100 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery, and the incidence rate was 10%.The incidence of pulmonary infection in 17 cases of pollution group(41.18%)was significantly higher than that in 83 cases of non-pollution group(3.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ventilation pollution of anesthesia machine will increase the incidence of pulmonary infection after general anesthesia, and disinfection and sterilization should be done well to effectively avoid postoperative complications.
