Study the Value of 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Diagnosing Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors and Summarize Its Imaging Characteristics
Objective:To study the diagnostic value and imaging characteristics of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.Methods:119 patients suspected of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors who were diagnosed and treated at our hospital from October 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects. After admission, all patients were diagnosed using 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging, and pathological examinations were performed on all patients, which were used as the gold standard to evaluate the value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors and summarize their imaging characteristics.Results:①3.0T MRI for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors has high diagnostic accuracy(94.96%),sensitivity(93.33%),and specificity(96.61%),with low misdiagnosis(3.39%)and missed diagnosis rates(6.67%).②The diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors using 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging has unique imaging features. Conclusion:The diagnostic results of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors are similar to the pathological diagnosis, but its diagnosis is more convenient and fast, with characteristic imaging characteristics and high diagnostic value, which can provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
