Diagnostic Value of 64-Row 128-Slice LightspeedVCT in Coronary Artery Stenosis
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-row 128-slice LightspeedVCT in coronary artery stenosis. Methods:A total of 80 patients with suspected coronary artery stenosis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as research objects to conduct a comparative clinical study. All patients received 64-row 128-slice LightspeedVCT angiography(CTA)and coronary angiography(DSA)successively after admission.Using DSA as the gold standard,we compared the 64-row and 128-slice LightspeedVCT in evaluating the degree of coronary artery stenosis, the diagnostic value and the screening effect of calcified plaque types. Results:Compared with DSA diagnosis, there was no statistical significance in the detection rates of left main coronary artery, left anterior descending, left circumferential and right coronary artery stenosis in the diagnosis of CTA(P>0.05);The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and diagnostic coincidence rate of CTA for coronary artery stenosis were 93.95%,94.40%,96.32%,90.77%and 94.06%respectively;The proportion of non-calcified plaque in patients with mild coronary artery stenosis was higher than that in patients with moderate and severe coronary artery stenosis and occlusion, and the proportion of mixed plaque and calcified plaque in patients with moderate and severe coronary artery stenosis and occlusion was higher than that in patients with mild coronary artery stenosis, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 64-row 128-slice LightspeedVCT in the clinical diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis can effectively clarify the condition of main coronary artery stenosis in patients, and evaluate the plaque types in the diseased coronary arteries, providing guidance for the reasonable formulation of follow-up treatment, with accurate diagnostic value.
