The Clinical Application of 256-Slice CT in Diagnosing the Degree of Coronary Vascular Lesion and Cardiac Function in Patients with Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To explore the application value of 256-slice CT examination in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction patients. Methods:The clinical data of 146 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent coronary angiography(CAG),and the results were taken as the"gold standard".Before receiving echocardiography and 256-slice CT examination, the degree of coronary vascular disease and cardiac function indicators reflected by different detection methods were compared. Results:A total of 1334 coronary artery segments were detected by CAG,Among them,638(47.83%)had no abnormality,247(18.52%)had mild stenosis,260(19.49%)had moderate stenosis, and 189(14.17%)had severe stenosis; The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 256-slice CT in the diagnosis of patients with mild, moderate and severe coronary stenosis were higher than those of echocardiography(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the examination results of ESV,EDV,EF and SV between 256-slice CT and echocardiography(P>0.05).Conclusion:256-slice CT has a higher diagnostic performance in the degree of coronary vascular disease in patients with myocardial infarction, but it has similar diagnostic results with echocardiography in cardiac function indicators.
