Diagnostic Value of Cervical Vascular Ultrasonography and DWL Multi-Dop X Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography in Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of cervical vascular ultrasound combined with DWL Multi-Dop X transcranial Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction patients. Methods:In this study,58 patients with suspected cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly selected as experimental subjects, and the results of digital subtraction angiography were used as the gold standard. All patients underwent cervical vascular ultrasound and DWL Multi-Dop X transcranial Doppler ultrasound. To analyze the diagnostic value of cervical vascular ultrasonography alone,DWL Multi-Dop X transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and combined examination. Results:The detection rate, specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of cerebral infarction after combined examination were higher, while the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were relatively lower, and the difference was significant compared with single examination(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the above indexes between the two methods alone(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of cervical vascular ultrasound and DWL Multi-Dop X transcranial Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction patients has obtained a more significant clinical diagnosis effect and value.
