Diagnostic Analysis of Endometrial Polyps Using Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound Three-Dimensional Reconstruction Technology
Objective:To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods:The clinical data of 152 patients suspected of having endometrial polyps who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound three-dimensional reconstruction after admission, and had the condition to obtain pathological tissue for examination. The final pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard to analyze the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Results:① After pathological diagnosis,92 cases of endometrial polyps were finally detected, while 90 cases were detected by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound three-dimensional reconstruction technology. There was no significant difference between transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound three-dimensional reconstruction technology diagnosis and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05);②The positive predictive value, negative predictive value, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy,Youden index, false positive rate, and false negative rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps were 98.89%,95.16%,96.74%,98.33%,97.37%,95.07%,1.67%,and 3.26%,respectively.Conclusion:The application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps can improve the efficiency of diagnosis, and its diagnosis can provide scientific reference for clinical treatment.
