The Effect of Transabdominal Ultrasound and Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Adenomyosis
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in patients with adenomyosis. Methods:A total of 88 patients with suspected adenomyosis from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected from our hospital. For all patients, transabdominal ultrasound(abdominal ultrasound group),transvaginal ultrasound(transvaginal ultrasound group)and transabdominal ultrasound + transvaginal ultrasound(combined group)were respectively performed in clinical diagnosis.88 patients with suspected adenomyopathy were simultaneously diagnosed in the three groups, and the diagnostic efficacy of the three groups was compared based on the final pathological diagnostic criteria. Results:The diagnostic efficacy of suspected adenomyosis patients in the combined group was higher than that of the abdominal ultrasound group and the transvaginal ultrasound group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound is better than the single application of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound, and can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency.
