Clinical Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis in Children
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Methods:100 children with acute appendicitis treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the main objects.All children were diagnosed by surgical pathology,and all children received color Doppler ultrasound examination.The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound were calculated,and the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound in children with different types of acute appendicitis were analyzed.Results:① Diagnostic results:There was no significant difference between the diagnostic coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound and surgical pathology(P>0.05);② Specificity,sensitivity,accuracy:the diagnostic sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound was 94.00%(94/100),specificity was 92.00%(92/100),accuracy was 93.00%(186/200);③ Ultrasonographic features:the ultrasonographic features of acute simple appendicitis,periappendiceal abscess,acute suppurative appendicitis and acute gangrenous and perforated appendicitis were different.Conclusions:In the clinical diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children,color Doppler ultrasound has significant diagnostic value,which can evaluate the condition of children,judge the type of disease,provide scientific reference for the formulation of clinical treatment plan,so as to improve the accuracy of treatment and avoid delaying the condition.
